Dear Parents and Guardians,
Please inform the school about your children's absences via the form in the parent portal ("Report Absence" under "useful links" in the dashboard) only.
A separate message for the class teacher is not necessary and should only be sent if you need to add something.
For the Oberstufe, the following applies in addition:
- The "Entschuldigungsformular" remains in use. This needs to be signed by the class teacher and the subject teacher as before, but will now remain with the student. In case of any questions or discrepancies regarding absences, the pupils are obliged to present them.
- The current procedure for absences during regular examinations (handwritten excuse signed by the parents and submitted to the subject teacher and OKO within 24 hours or/and medical certificate) remains in place. For written and oral Abitur examinations, a medical certificate must still be submitted on the day of the exam.
