The Parents' Council consists of the parent representatives of all classes. They are elected during at the first parent evening of a new school year. The Parents' Council represents and supports the interests of all parents. It facilitates the cooperation and open communication between the parents and the school. It represents parents in all matters of general interest. Together with the parents, the Parent Council contributes to developing a strong school community that offers all students an supportive environment for their personal development and learning and that welcomes and supports all community members.
The Parent Councils elects a group of Chair persons. They have a supporting and advisory role and establish links between parents, the Senior Leadership Team, the Board of the German School Association, the Student Council and other school committees.
