Each school year all school staff (Kinderhaus, Primary School, Secondary School and Admin) elect the members of the Staff Council. 

The council represents teachers, educators and administration staff of the DSL in their cooperation with the School Leadership Team, the Board and other committees.

For the school year 2022/2023 the following representatives have been elected:

Kindergarden & Preschool: Stefanie Boulanger, Anja Valentic

Primary School: Inga Zeckel, Claudia Dickinson

Secondary School: Angelika Berndt, Ulrike Behrend, Sonja Siemens

Admin: Liz Knook, Silke Mueller
